I’m bored. I think I will go to the mall, find a great parking spot and sit in the car with the reverse lights on. Only kidding! That would be as mean as keeping my latest find from you. Here’s a hint - it’s an online store that has the most un-bear-ably cute goods and it’s causing panda-monium in the Richardson household. Any guesses? Ok, I’m coming clean – it’s called PandaLove (now do you get my hints?)

PandaLove kicked off last year and they stock everything from baby goods and stationary, to wedding bits and bobs and home products. If you’re wondering why the shop is called PandaLove, it’s because according to the Urban Dictionary, ‘Pandalove’ can be explained as a special kind of love … the biggest love in the world. And if you buy something from this shop for someone, it must be love, love, love (Imagine me singing this … ok, rather not).

If you’ve got a baby shower coming up, or if you’re an expectant mommy, PandaLove has the sweetest items. The milestone pregnancy illustrated cards (R240) come in a pack of 30 and capture the highlights of your pregnancy (cravings, growing belly and first kick) and your newborn (favourite toy, or “Today I sat up for the first time”). Then there’s the onesie monthly belly stickers (R190) and the customisable 100 per cent cotton baby grows (from R150) with cute sayings like “Bows before bros” and “Grandma was here with loads of kisses”. Altogether now … awwww!

Planning a bachelorette? At PandaLove you can customise temporary tattoos (R250 for a pack of 15) with sayings like “I’m with Sam’s bachelorette party. If I’m lost, please buy me a drink”. You can also customise everything from tote bags (R100), to aprons (R250) and even pencil cases (R150).

But, my favourite finds from PandaLove are definitely the customised bamboo spiral notebooks that come with a bamboo ballpoint pen (R120) and the customised bamboo boards (from R320) that can be used as a serving or cheese board, or as a keepsake. I’m going on a shopping spree and my story is that I have weddings, birthdays, kitchen teas and baby showers coming up … shhh, the timing isn’t important.

Say Hi to PandaLove on Facebook.
